Innocent until proven guilty is a pretty big deal, particularly if you’re an American or western citizen.
If Salvadorans want to live in and elect Bukele that’s their business. But Americans did not sign up for this. It’s against everything we stand for. This whole bullshit practicality argument has been argued for decades from authoritarians

Not a rush…but will they come?
Bluesky is sleek AF. Sure, community can be toxic especially to bitconers etc.
But the UX is insanely good and they know what they’re doing, there’s a vision.
I think nostr could learn from that.

Bluesky had a rallying cry that brought users in. In the millions!
That THEN was the launch for them to raise funds and grow even more.
What’s nostrs rallying cry to bring in more users, to then launch it beyond?
People think there’s X, and then there’s Bluesky (which are claiming to be the decentralized people focused protocol). Outside Bitcoin they have no fucking clue about nostr, and even many bitcoiners won’t use nostr.

While there are distinct differences, it’s nostr v AT protocol (in social media at least. Of course nostr goes well beyond this)

Is any nostr client working on seamless media uploads? Just click on the photo/media icon and upload like you would x/instagram etc.
I mean not require long a nostr.build of satellite.earth or self-hosting etc.
Or is that just not on the roadmap?
