Bukele worship is gross. Clearly an authoritarian that runs torture camps in El Salvador. It’s ok to just say the truth, and that you’d rather get a photo with the president and turn a blind eye to these massive human rights issues. I just wouldn’t say we’re on the same team.

It’s so much easier just being a bitcoiner. You don’t have to be a crypto grifter, or a political grifter, or a fiat grifter. You don’t have to sell something so hard because you deep down know it’s bullshit. Bitcoiners stay humble, stack sats, focus on family and healthy living, truth and transparency, integrity, and fighting for what’s right.

Innocent until proven guilty is a pretty big deal, particularly if you’re an American or western citizen. If Salvadorans want to live in and elect Bukele that’s their business. But Americans did not sign up for this. It’s against everything we stand for. Not a rush…but will they come? Bluesky is sleek AF. Sure, community can be toxic especially to bitconers etc. But the UX is insanely good and they know what they’re doing, there’s a vision. I think nostr could learn from that.

Bluesky had a rallying cry that brought users in. In the millions! That THEN was the launch for them to raise funds and grow even more. What’s nostrs rallying cry to bring in more users, to then launch it beyond? People think there’s X, and then there’s Bluesky (which are claiming to be the decentralized people focused protocol). Outside Bitcoin they have no fucking clue about nostr, and even many bitcoiners won’t use nostr.

Bluesky expanding, branding of your followers/identity stay with you. And they’re building sleek social apps connecting to the AT protocol It not nostr v X While there are distinct differences, it’s nostr v AT protocol (in social media at least. Of course nostr goes well beyond this)

Is any nostr client working on seamless media uploads? Just click on the photo/media icon and upload like you would x/instagram etc. I mean not require long a nostr.build of satellite.earth or self-hosting etc. Or is that just not on the roadmap? #asknostr
