US government agencies paid for 37,000 WinZip licenses. 🀯 Somebody should tell them file compression comes for free these days.

nostr:npub137c5pd8gmhhe0njtsgwjgunc5xjr2vmzvglkgqs5sjeh972gqqxqjak37w , you were the most recent contributor to Nostore. Do you have the appetite to publish a fork to the App Store? Otherwise, I can.

Looking for a Nip07 extension or equivalent signing method for Apple devices (iPad etc). Anyone got a solution? Creator of Nostore apparently will be pulling his safari extension soon and by the looks of it other browser’s extensions are off limits to apple devices. #asknostr #devstr

Renewed my nostr.build subscription for another year. Great media hosting provider and great folks who run it. nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 nostr:npub137c5pd8gmhhe0njtsgwjgunc5xjr2vmzvglkgqs5sjeh972gqqxqjak37w 🫑

I just discovered that nostr:npub137c5pd8gmhhe0njtsgwjgunc5xjr2vmzvglkgqs5sjeh972gqqxqjak37w fixed Nostore to work on iOS 18 back in September 2024! That means web clients work again on iOS Safari without needing to paste your private key in random websites. Would love to learn what exactly was broken because it wasn’t clear to me from reading the pull request. But zap this man. πŸ™πŸΌ https://apps.apple.com/app/nostore/id1666553677 https://github.com/ursuscamp/nostore/pull/21

If I want to see the NIP-17 DMs that I’ve sent from my client, would I have to keep track of the random keypairs that I’ve used so that I can decrypt the gift wrap content and render them in the future? Alternatively, would I just need to store the seal events locally on my client? Context: I’m adding NIP-17 DM support to Nostr SDK for Apple Platforms and the randomized keypair stuff on the gift wrap confused me.
