Definitely important to keep moving and not stand continually for long periods. Flexing calf muscles (tip toeing etc) always good and ensures that fluids don’t accumulate around the feet and ankles (oedema) - I get a mild form of this if I am on my feet for too long and static. The same applies when sitting for long periods too.

My next setup will be a rocking stool so I can rotate between sitting and standing. Read standing the entire time is also not that great for spine

I was lazy with my standing desk and not using it in the intended state but this entire week never sat down once the entire time I’m at it and honestly can’t notice that I’m not sitting. 🪑

The number of cameras in our hands compared with say the 70s and 80s. We should be swamped with high quality footage of UFOs, bigfoots, ghosts, aliens, etc etc.

What would you follow like to see more of?
I think I’d follow more plebs posting stuff they do in the fiat jobs. Especially manual stuff. Carpentry, masonry, dentistry, surgical techniques, architecture, mechanical, fixing things, commissioned work, etc. Hidden impactful stuff they do daily but might seem mundane to them…
