You can treat rights either one of two ways, moral or legal. Which one do you imply here? Legal is extremely stupid and we can discuss that if you want and that is what most people imply when they mean rights, but you're never going to get a good answer since even current human rights come with convoluted exceptions. Moral rights are personal. They depend on person to person, you treat your loved ones differently than you treat a stranger. You might be willing to kill a stranger to protect your loved ones(legal rights down the drain). By this definition moral rights will also be different from toaster to toaster, I might not care for a random robot, but immensely for the one that has served me all my life.

All of my life is optimized around free time. Do / have less stuff that takes up time Do / have more stuff that frees up time. If it’s increasing my time commitment - say no / get rid of it. If it gives me more time back - definitely consider it.

I love the AirPods. Best ear buds I’ve ever owned hands down. But the real sell is “they just work” Apple proprietary Bluetooth stuff.

Just because it can last that long doesn't.mean it will have the battery when you need it. Also if you don't own an iPhone or own a new one, its a seperate charger, same for smartwatches its a seperate magnetic charger

AirPods can last several days on a single charge. Don’t really need a charger with you. No idea about smart watches, don’t own one.

Electronic humans with airpods and smartwatches are so fragile, have to carry around 3 different chargers wherever they go.

I “love” seeing how services on Nostr compete in a race to the bottom. Keep going, it’s the best way to kill the ecosystem and destroy momentum. Instead, focus on your niche and your customer needs, and stop looking at your “competition” because there is none. You build what your customers need, you solve their problem, you get their loyalty. No need to compare, there is nothing similar about anything, all are unicorns and unique in their own way.

Is there a way to make Nostr apps auto discoverable? Specifically web apps? Maybe a kind dedicated to top level Nostr client info that’s broadcasted periodically? And then any client that fetches that kind can see all the Nostr web apps without searching for them on web and various lists? Is this doable? Tired of wondering if some app exists I don’t know about.

In a self-sustained community, I would probably be the most useless person. I don’t know any trades, craft or produce anything. I just click things. Would have nothing of value most likely 🤣 😢
