In my case it is always the fee. I pay 5 block confirmation fee only to find that suddenly there is a flood of transactions and mine has to wait 2 weeks to confirm ๐

There must be an on-chain law/curse: every time you are waiting for the transaction to confirm, the block confirmation deviates from the average into stratosphere ๐
