Animestr Needs a Logo
As I'm not a skilled designer, I came up with a fun idea: a competition to design one.
Design the logo for animestr, win 50,000 sats.
# Rules
Submissions must be original designs created by the entrant, ai submissions are allowed.
Submissions should reflect anime, manga, and "weeb culture" elements while being creative, professional, and aligned with Animestr's identity as a fun, community-oriented platform.
## What to Submit
A digital logo design file (PNG, webp, or SVG) along with a brief description (up to 200 words) explaining your concept and how it ties to Animestr's theme.
**NSFW entries will be automatically disqualified.**
## Requirements:
- Original work only; no copyrighted elements from existing anime/manga. Sorry, but I don't want to get sued
- Designs must be scalable, high-resolution, and suitable for use on the *website*, future *apps*, and *merchandise*.
- Include color variations if applicable.
- By submitting, you grant Animestr a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your design.
Submission deadline: 2025-08-06 21:00 JST

## Judging Criteria:
Entries will first be reviewed by me, npub1wnanaunumzv96ll0cm5569uzjqn474yj24a559n2h8x3gk9d40rsjxl20f , to select the top 5 designs based on overall quality, creativity, and relevance.
The top 5 will then be put to a community vote via a poll on Animestr.
- Voting Details: Anyone can vote, but each vote costs 100 sats to prevent Sybil attacks.
- Voting Period: 2025-08-07 00:00 JST - 2025-08-09 21:00 JST
## Prizes
- First Place: 50,000 sats for the design that receives the most community votes.
- Creativity Bonus: An additional 25,000 sats if the design demonstrates particularly innovative or unique ideas, as determined by you from the top 5.
- All submissions in the top 5 will receive a 1000 sats consolation prize
