Good evening ! For three days, we're having an #arts and #crafts exhibition in the village of Coti-Chiavari in #Corsica. Today, I've chosen to present the work of Jean Rubini, a cutler who gave a #blacksmithing demonstration. The old-fashioned way: coal, anvil, and hammer. In addition to his demonstration, he exhibited his Corsican knives, folding shepherd's knives and some fixed #knives. The handles are made of goat horn, buck horn, or various Corsican wood species, such as olive, chestnut, or juniper.
