I vibe coded a Blossom management tool if anyone wants to test it out. You can obviously selfhost it but if you just want to try it, it's available at https://sakura.oxtr.dev. It's definitely in some kind of alpha/beta version atm so there's probably some bugs in there. That said, it seems to mostly work for now. No remote signing support yet, I'll see if I can get that set up tomorrow or next week. Sign-in with browser extension and raw nsec works though. Yeah, it's probably like this: 1. Bot subscribes to kind 1 events from a big set of relays 2. Bot receives a new event from any relay 3. For each relay it wants to write to, it signs a reply event (mentioning the relay url). 4. Send all the signed reply events to all relays

Can't rely on the bots relay list. It can read from, and write to, any relay it wants. It probably subscribes to new kind 1 events from most of the popular free relays and automatically replies to that event on all relays. Maybe the relay it mentions in it's post is the first it reads the note from?

What's the status for Wasabi coinjoins? Didn't they do some kind of deal with ChainAnal? I'm out of the loop on this so excuse my ignorance if it's not correct

No worries, do what you have to do to get rid of them! We need to build better filtering tooling for free public relays but that won't happen over night. Btw, I think you can block ReplyGuy's profile pic url to get rid of him too.

I've always found it weird that people have this notion that nostr relays shouldn't decide who writes to it at all, as if they both co-own and manage the server and relay with the original relay operator. I saw a lot of npubs with this line of reasoning when nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m brought a bunch of new users late 22/start of 23 too. It probably takes some time for new users to figure out that compute isn't free and infinite.

The relay in the image isn’t mine but nope, my own relay does not have WoT or PoW filtering. It does have rate limiting and other simple filters so it gets a lot of his replies but not all.
